Jcart Partner — Privacy Policy

Jcart Partner is a delivery partner application operated by DevX AI Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information
we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account details you provide at registration: name, phone number, email, vehicle info, government ID for verification.
- Location data (GPS) while you are on an active delivery shift — used to route you to customers and to display your live position to
the ordering customer. Background location is only accessed while you are on-duty.
- Device identifiers and FCM push tokens to deliver order notifications.
- Payout information: bank / UPI details for earnings transfer.
- Delivery history: orders assigned, completed, cancelled, timestamps.
2. How we use it
- To assign and route you to delivery orders.
- To display your live location to the customer whose order you are delivering (shared only during that trip).
- To calculate earnings and process payouts.
- To send operational notifications (new orders, status updates, payout confirmations).
- To prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
- With customers: first name, profile photo, phone (masked), vehicle info, and real-time location during an active delivery.
- With the seller / merchant whose order you are collecting.
- With service providers (Firebase, Google Maps, payment gateways) strictly to operate the service.
- With law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Location permission
Location is required for the core function of the app. You may revoke location permission in Android settings, but the app will not
be able to assign or track deliveries until it is re-granted.
5. Retention
We retain account and delivery records for as long as you hold an active partner account, plus up to 7 years thereafter for tax and
legal compliance. Location trails older than 90 days are automatically deleted.
6. Security
Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Credentials are hashed. Payout info is stored only in tokenized form with our payment
partner.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@jcart.app. We will respond within
30 days. Deleting your account removes personal identifiers; aggregate delivery records may be retained for regulatory reporting.
8. Children
Jcart Partner is only for verified adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We will post updates to this page and, for material changes, notify you in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
