CyfoPro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining your trust. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your data when you use the CyfoPro mobile application and related services.


1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information
• Name, email address, and mobile number (used for account creation and verification).
• Password (stored in encrypted form).
• Device ID and registration details for linked devices.

B. Subscription & Payment Data
• Plan details, invoices, and transaction IDs.
• Payment gateway data is processed by secure third-party partners (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm).
• CyfoPro does not store credit/debit card details.

C. Security & Threat Data
• Files, URLs, and QR codes scanned for threats are processed temporarily through AI-based analysis.
• Results (safe/suspicious/malicious) are stored locally for your reference; we do not retain raw files on servers.

D. Location & Network Data
• Optional location data used for SOS and emergency alerts (Girls Help Desk).
• WiFi network details used only for security scanning; never shared or stored permanently.

E. Content & Engagement
• Posts, comments, likes, and shares created within the community.
• Workshop bookings, course enrollments, or event participation data.
• Interaction logs with creators, mentors, and support teams.

F. Support & Complaint Data
• Cybercrime complaints, attachments, and communication with officers or admins.
• Emergency help requests (including harassment or abuse reports).


2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To analyze security threats and provide protection alerts.
• To improve product performance, personalize content, and enhance user experience.
• To manage events, workshops, and job listings.
• To respond to complaints, feedback, or emergency requests.
• For legal compliance, including cooperation with law enforcement when required.


3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share limited information with:
• Payment gateways for processing transactions.
• Law enforcement upon valid legal request (cybercrime, emergency response).
• Technical service providers for secure data hosting and analytics (all bound by confidentiality).

We do not sell or trade your data to advertisers.


4. Data Retention

Account data: Retained while active or until deletion request.
Threat scans: Temporary, deleted automatically after processing.
Legal records: Retained as per IT Act and law enforcement requirements.


5. Data Security

• AES-256 encryption for stored files and communications.
• Two-Factor Authentication and OTP verification for login.
• Regular vulnerability assessments and patch updates.
• No admin access to user vaults or encrypted files (zero-knowledge storage).


6. Your Rights

You can:
• Access and download your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your account.
• Withdraw consent for specific data usage.

7. Children’s Privacy

CyfoPro is not intended for users under 13 years old. If a child’s data is collected inadvertently, it will be deleted immediately upon request.

Cross-border data transfers are protected using secure encryption and compliance frameworks.


9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be reflected in the app and via notification. Continued use of CyfoPro indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

11. How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your CyfoPro account using either of the following methods:

A. Delete Directly from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the CyfoPro application.

  2. Go to ProfileAccount Settings.

  3. Tap on Delete Account.

  4. Confirm your request.
    Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

B. Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion by sending an email to:

Include the following details for verification:
• Registered name
• Registered email/phone number
• Statement requesting account deletion

Your request will be processed within 7–14 business days, and you will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed.
