Welcome to CyfoPro! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and services. By accessing or using CyfoPro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CyfoPro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription and Payments

  • CyfoPro offers paid and free plans; pricing is displayed within the app.

  • All payments are processed via secure gateways (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Wallets).

  • No refunds are issued once payment is confirmed, regardless of usage or cancellation.

  • Auto-renewal can be toggled ON/OFF anytime from your profile.

  • Subscription remains active until expiry even if auto-renew is turned off.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

  • CyfoPro is not liable for damages arising from misuse of your account.

4. App Usage Rules

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files or attempt to bypass app security.

  • Use CyfoPro for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive activities.

  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app’s software or data.

  • Misuse referral or coupon systems (fraud attempts may lead to suspension).

5. Rewards & Referral System

  • Referrals earn Cyfo Coins based on successful sign-ups and purchases.

  • Coins can be redeemed for in-app rewards, coupons, or wallet credit (as applicable).

  • Fraudulent or duplicate referrals may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

6. Community Guidelines

  • Users must maintain respectful communication in community spaces.

  • Content containing hate speech, abuse, misinformation, or spam will be removed.

  • Repeated violations may lead to permanent bans without refund.

7. Workshops, Courses, and Bookings

  • Paid workshops must be booked with valid payment.

  • Coupons and discounts are subject to expiry and usage limits.

  • CyfoPro reserves the right to modify or cancel events with prior notice.

8. Cybercrime Support & Emergency Features

  • Complaints and SOS alerts are handled via secure protocols.

  • Data shared in emergencies may be disclosed to verified law enforcement officers.

  • Users must not misuse the complaint system or impersonate others.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, designs, and source code are owned by CyfoPro or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

  • CyfoPro provides security scanning and alerts “as is” without warranty of full protection.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by cyberattacks, third-party failures, or misuse.

  • Users are advised to maintain regular data backups and practice safe online behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total subscription amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

  • Users may delete accounts anytime from the app or by contacting support.

  • Data will be deleted as per the Privacy Policy after termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
